General rules
We ship to all countries in Euro Zone 1
Shipping countries outside of euro zone 1 we currently ship to include: Åland Islands, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czechia, Faroe Islands & Kosovo
All items are shipped from Antwerp, Belgium.
All items are shipped with FedEx tracked shipping.
Due to the current situation and limited transportation, shipping time for packages overseas can be longer.
Please note we ship in batches, once a week.
We operate on a flat fee rate for all. This requires us to have a relatively higher shipping fee than most. When we have collected enough data, we can choose a rate more appropriate for our largest audience. We reuest this data anonymously at checkout. Customers are not obligated to share this information. But info regarding country of origin will be collected through google analytics for any one person viewing this website.
Fees
If you live outside of the EU, your order may be subject to customs charges. Please review these in full before purchasing - all import charges are the responsibility of the customer. The delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Please note: If you're ordering from the UK, you may now have to pay import duties on your order.
refunds - returns
We have an 8-day return policy
which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Caution! We do not offer a shipping fee refund. If you want to exchange an item, shipping is your personal responsibility. Please check our size charts very closely. We strive to achieve a zero emission company. Shipping is extremely poluting to our environment. This will remain our policy until we have found a more suitable type of shipping.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us here. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear and underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items eligible for returns include mens pants, t-shirts, shirts and dresses.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Goods are thoroughly checked for defects before shipping. Any damages must therefore occur during shipping and are thus beyond the control of arcticseas.
In the event the item you have received is damaged beyond use and cannot be replaced or exchanged, store credit will be extended as a one time only offer. It is not possible to request store credit. We will contact you if this case applies. It is not possible to receive store credit unless the aforementioned conditions have been fulfilled. Store credit will never exceed the amount spent on the original purchase. Goods purchased in store credit can thereafter not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
